Funding and Operations

Funding to develop and operate the USD Discovery District comes from its four stakeholders:

• South Dakota Board of Regents;
• University of South Dakota;
• City of Sioux Falls; and
• Forward Sioux Falls.

Financial oversight is provided by its twelve-member board of directors and its annual audit is conducted by Eide Bailly LLP.
